"Louise and I would like to thank the Rebecca Foote Mortgage Team specifically, Jason and Ashleigh, for such a smooth refinancing experience. All the paperwork was done electronically and closing went off without a hitch – everything was clearly explained and closing took only 30 minutes. We financed our first mortgage through Foote Capital 10 years ago and were very satisfied then, so this was an easy choice to make. Please note that in this Covid-19 situation, we were very appreciative that every precaution was taken with regard to our safety.
