Our History

Rebecca Foote Mortgage Team is located in historic downtown Carlisle, Pennsylvania, at Foote Capital Mortgage Company. The team was founded by entrepreneur and veteran banker Rebecca Howell Foote in 2015. Rebecca formed her team to offer a more personalized mortgage experience than was being offered in the marketplace. Today, Rebecca Foote Mortgage Team continues to fulfill its mission of “creating exceptional experiences…one home at a time” by offering comprehensive mortgage planning and personalized mortgage solutions to its clients.
